DUNMORE — Surrounded by frilly dresses and teacups and with her young daughter at her side, Jessica Bredbenner takes time to be thankful.

“I never in my dreams thought I’d have this at such a young age,” said the owner of Tiddlywinks Boutique, a girls clothing store and tea room in Dunmore. “Everything happens for a reason, and I believe that.”

The 26-year-old Scranton resident opened her shop at 500 Chestnut St. earlier this year, after a year of selling clothing and accessories out of a pink and white converted camper.
