Score, stats, analysis for Week 3 game (09/16/2017)

Texas A&M will have one more out-of-conference matchup before SEC play begins, and it’ll come against Louisiana at Kyle Field on Saturday.

The Aggies suffered one of the most crushing defeats imaginable in Week 1, surrendering a 34-point lead to UCLA in an eventual 45-44 loss in the Rose Bowl, whiffing on what would’ve been a big win for Kevin Sumlin. The team didn’t seem to fully recover, struggling in a less-than-impressive 24-14 win against FCS foe Nicholls last Saturday.

Meanwhile, Louisiana has been in some high-scoring affairs in its first two games. The Ragin’ Cajuns opened with a 51-48 win against Southeastern Louisiana before losing a 66-42 matchup with Tulsa.

Here’s everything you need to know about the matchup between the Aggies and Ragin’ Cajuns.
