Schembri Insurance Group Announces Charity Drive to Raise Community Support for 17 Month Old Boy Diagnosed with Leukemia

Patients like Raiden are in need of additional support, their family should be well educated on the proper steps to take, and we want to help them through this difficult time

Schembri Insurance Group, a family managed insurance and financial planning agency with offices that serve families and entrepreneurs in the greater Detroit region, is inaugurating a southern Michigan charity drive to raise support for young Raiden, a 17 month old boy battling cancer.

Raiden has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL), and is currently receiving support and assistance from the Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan (CLF). The CLF offers the loved ones of those affected by serious blood disorders with access to resources that educate and empower, helping families to overcome the many challenges such diseases present.

“Patients like Raiden are in need of additional support, their family should be well educated on the proper steps to take, and we want to help them through this difficult time,” says Joel Schembri, principal agency and executive director of Schembri Insurance Group.

The Schembri team is actively generating support and donations for the CLF in an effort to help Raiden and other children with blood disorders by connecting with local residents over social media and email channels.
