After launching on Kickstarter less than a month ago, Little Juice has garnered 165 backers and raised $20,376. By utilizing this technology, the produce will retain up to 97% of its nutrients for years. This is the same technology that NASA relies on for astronaut food and allows people to take their Little Juice on-the-go for a snack anytime.
